CPA Firm seeks administrative assistant/bookkeeper with strong clerical skills and bookkeeping experience. A friendly, client service oriented disposition is expected. Candidates must be organized and detail-oriented. General responsibilities include reception, email, scanning, and data entry/bookkeeping. Experience with Quick Books, tax preparation software, and Microsoft office software is helpful.
Greet clients at reception desk
Answering telephone
Receiving and distributing mail, fax or e-mail information
Assist with client billings, collections and deposits.
Schedule appointments
Coordinate work flow through office
Process, organize, and scan client source documents (work paper preparation)
Communication with clients
Tracking due dates
Ensure client deadlines are met
Handle multiple assignments/projects
Plan events, presentations, seminars
Marketing firm services (all locations)
Maintain client files
Data entry for client bookkeeping
Account reconciliations
Client payroll preparation
Perform other duties as assigned.
